General provisions

1. The online store is operated by FPHU KONKRET, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
2. The purchase of a product by the buyer in an online store operated by the seller means that the buyer has read the terms and conditions and accepted them. 
3. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the seller before making a purchase.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The online store conducts retail and wholesale sales via the Internet in the territory of the Republic of Poland and European countries.
2. All products offered in the store are new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the market.
3. Orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via the online store www.ekonkret.pl
4. The average order fulfillment time (from placing the order to sending the goods to the buyer) is 2-3 business days.

Payments

1. Prices given in the online store are expressed in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT at 23%).
2. Each order is accompanied by proof of purchase, which is placed together with the goods, inside the packaging or sent electronically (VAT invoice).
3. The buyer selects the payment method when placing the order.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices.
5. Orders placed before the changes referred to in the above point enter into force will be fulfilled according to the rules in force at the time of their placement. This provision does not apply to products covered by any form of promotion or sale, if the stock of such products has been exhausted.
6. The buyer can use the following forms of payment: bank transfer to the seller's account indicated on the website or cash on delivery. In the case of prepayment to the account, the shipping time is extended by the time of the transfer.

Delivery

1. The buyer selects the delivery method when placing the order.
2. Shipping costs are in accordance with the current price list and depend on the weight and size of the shipment. The buyer is informed about the shipping costs when placing the order.
3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. The shipping date is an estimated date and is not binding. 
5. The buyer should check the condition and contents of the shipment in the presence of the delivery person, and in the event of damage to the contents of the shipment, a protocol should be drawn up, which is the sole basis for any complaint.

Complaints

1. In accordance with the Act on specific terms of consumer sale and on amending the Civil Code of 27 July 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended), the Customer has the right to file a complaint in connection with the non-conformity of the product with its description (non-conformity with the contract). This can be done by e-mail to the following address: sklep@ekonkret.pl or by sending a written statement to the following address: FPHU KONKRET, 27-600 Sandomierz, ul. Lwowska 45.
2. The warranty covering certain goods in the store does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights resulting from non-conformity with the contract.
3. In the case of a product for which the manufacturer or distributor has granted a guarantee, the Customer may make a complaint about the defective product (a) based on the rights arising from the guarantee granted; (b) using the rights to which he is entitled in connection with the non-conformity of the product with the contract.
4. If the consumer goods are inconsistent with the contract, the seller:
   
   • will bring it into compliance with the contract through free repair or
   • will replace it with a new one, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. (When assessing the excessiveness of costs, the value of the goods in accordance with the contract and the type and degree of the non-conformity found are taken into account, as well as the inconvenience to which the buyer would be exposed in the event of another method of satisfaction).
5. In the event of a complaint about the goods, a description of the defect must be attached to the returned goods. The complaint will be considered immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
6. Shipment of repaired/replaced goods (based on a complaint) is at the store’s expense.

Withdrawal from the contract

1. The Buyer, who is a consumer within the meaning of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended), has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, without giving a reason, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. The seller guarantees the refund of the product price to the buyer immediately, no later than within 14 days, to the bank account indicated by the buyer. The buyer bears the shipping costs of the returned product.

Final Provision

1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of law shall apply, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 - the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and on amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended) and the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended).
